The school is a new school, operating in its nineth (9th) year. It begun its operation during school year of 2006-2007 as annex of San Isidro, Libmanan, Camarines Sur with 41 first year students coming from Duang Niog, Bagacay, Busac, Mambulo Nuevo and Tinanquihan. The school was temporary housed at the Duang Niog Barangay Chapel while the makeshift classroom was under construction. It was granted its permit to operate First and Second Year Level per Government Permit No. 0003, s 2007 dated July 11, 2007 and Third and Fourth Year Level per Government Permit No. 0011 dated July 14, 2008. It was established through the effort of Mrs. Talita Magdalena B. Mercado under the supervision of Mr. Venancio C. Pimentel, principal of San Isidro National High School (SINHS) that was favored by the availability of a school site of one (1) hectare donated by Mrs. Rosario A. Agomaa and her family. The initial facilities were put up through the very dynamic and dedicated barangay officials under the leadership of Brgy. Captain Mario M. Zarcauga who exhausted all possible resources: manpower and raw materials As agreed during first meeting of stakeholders on May 4, 2006, the name of the school is to honor the man who had long dreamed of a school in the community so, EDUARDO V. AGOMAA HIGH SCHOOL ( San Isidro National High School Annex) comes into existence.
